Shipping Update!

Hello Everyone,

We've been hard at work these past few weeks and fulfillment is going great. We expect to have all AUS, CA, and US orders fulfilled by early next week! That means the majority of the backers should expect to see their packages soon. Of course, there will be shipping issues. There always are when it comes to Kickstarter, but we've got an amazing team and don't foresee many problems with the orders that have been shipped.

EU and UK

Currently, we're in the middle of fulfilling orders to EU and UK backers, but VAT issues have slowed things down. We don't expect a big delay from this, but things have gotten slightly trickier since Brexit. As always we'll keep everyone updated as we have more information.

Fulfillment Has Started!

It's happening!

As of this week, we've officially started fulfillment on the Deck of Stories. We're so excited to get this product out to everyone and we can't wait to hear how you use the cards in your home games.

Over the course of the next few weeks, we'll be updating you with milestones in the fulfillment process. We have multiple partners working around the globe, and a lot of backers to get things sent to. Our expectation is the process will take around a month to complete. Please be patient if you end up being toward the back of the line, we are working to get things out as fast as possible.

Once again thank you all for your support and we'll talk to you all soon with more updates.

Fulfillment & Addresses are locked in

Hey Everyone,

We wanted to keep you all up to speed on the saga of fulfillment. Some of the order has arrived at its destination, while some is still currently in transit on the water. The part that is still sailing is projected to arrive a week later than expected. That being said, even the parts of the shipments in port are in a very long queue to be offloaded, processed, customs, etc. We are being told this is due to the ongoing pandemic. The shipments could still experience other delays in port, and we will let you guys know if they do.

In total we hope this only adds 7-10 days to us starting fulfillment. We are excited to get Deck of Stories out to all of you, and can't thank you enough for your continued patience.

Secondly addresses through Backerkit are LOCKED IN. That means if you are having trouble, or need to change something send an email to [email protected]

Quick Project Update

Hey Everyone,

We just wanted to make a quick update letting everyone know that our cards have been on the water for a little while now, and it looks like we'll still be able to start fulfillment towards the end of January as we had hoped. 

We'll make more updates as we get closer to starting fulfillment.
